Managing your appointments

As an agent, you expect to have full control of your appointments and schedule at any time.
Appointments are not set in stone. A lot can happen between a customer requesting an appointment and that meeting finally taking place. So with Skedify we’ve made it as easy as possible to find a solution whatever comes your way.

Go to Navigation > Appointments to load your appointment overview

In this overview you are given 4 different categories:

Upcoming appointments  Appointments of any kind that are scheduled in the near future  
Incoming appointments  Appointments requests made by customers
Up for review  Appointments that already happened and still need to be reviewed
Outgoing appointments   Appointment requests send out by yourself

How do I change date & time of an appointment once confirmed?

For every appointment you made you're given the option to edit the appointment.

How to:

  1. Go to Navigation > Appointments
  2. Under Upcoming appointments, click on the appointment you want to modify.
  3. Click on the date & time of the appointment to edit it.
  4. Select the desired date and time and click the green 'edit' button when done

The appointment is now edited!

Can I assign my appointment with a customer to one of my colleagues? 

For every appointment you made you're given the option to re-assign the appointment to a colleague.

How to:

  1. Go to Navigation > Appointments
  2. Under Upcoming appointments, click on the appointment you want to re-assign.
  3. Click on the 'Re-assign' button
  4. Select the desired advisor and, provide additional information if needed and click on the green 'Re-assign' button

The appointment is reassigned!

Can I ask my customer to make other meeting suggestions?

All the incoming and outgoing appointments are listed in your appointment overview. Clicking on an appointment gives you the option to reschedule the appointment

How to:

  1. Go to Navigation > Appointments
  2. Select the appointment you want to reschedule
  3. Click on the 'Reschedule' button
  4. Enter additional comments if needed and click the 'Ask for a reschedule' button to confirm

A rescheduling invitation has now been send! 

How do I cancel an appointment?

Sometimes an appointment needs to be cancelled because it was made by mistake or for any other reason. These appointments can be cancelled from your appointment overview.

How to:

  1. Go to Navigation > Appointments
  2. Select the desired appointment
  3. Hit the 'Decline' button
  4. Select a reason for the cancellation
  5. Hit 'Decline' again to confirm

The appointment is now cancelled.

My customer didn’t show up to the meeting, now what?

A no-show can always happen. But don't worry, you can always send out a new invitation. When an appointment has taken place, you can see them listed in your 'Up for review' in your appointment overview.

How to:

  1. Go to Navigation > Appointments > Up for review
  2. Click on 'Didn't show up' for the desired appointment
  3. Click the Reschedule button if desired
