Setting office hours

With Skedify you can determine when customers can make an appointment. These hours differ from the regular opening hours. At any time, your employees can individual deviate from the default office hours.

 

Setting up default office hours

Setting up the default office hours, is easily done. These can differ from the opening hours of your office.

  1. Go My team > Opening hours
  2. Click on the 'Set availability' button 
  3. Add/move/delete availability hours with a simple drag and drop. 
  4. Save your changes

Your availability is now set!

Setting up employee availability

Setting up the availability hours per employee, is easily done. These can differ from the opening hours of your office.

  1. Go My team > Team
  2. Click on the team member you want to configure
  3. Select "Appointment hours"
  4. Add/move/delete availability hours with a simple drag and drop. 
  5. Save your changes

Your availability is now set!

 

 

Adding holidays and exceptions to the default office / business hours.

Sometimes there's an exception to the normal opening hours because of a holiday, vacation... These exceptions can be added easily.

How to:

  1. Go to Navigation > Overview > Office > Opening hours
  2. Click on the 'Add exception' button 
  3. Add/move/delete availability hours with a simple drag and drop (or select unavailable all day). 
  4. Save by pressing the white checkmark in the upper right corner.

Your exceptions are now set!
