Scheduling new appointments for your office’s team

As an office manager you can set up a new appointment with a customer at any time. This appointment can be between the customer and yourself, or you can easily assign someone from your office team.

Setting up a new appointment

How to:

  1. Go to Navigation > New Meeting and choose if you want to schedule a meeting for yourself or for an agent.
  2. Add the team member you want to schedule an appointment for.
  3. Select a category & subject.
  4. Select a date & time or invite the customer to make a suggestion.

Click 'Send' and your invitation is send out!
