Managing existing customer appointments for your office team

As office manager you have the final responsibility about the appointments being made with teammembers from your office.
Therefore we made it easy to have an overview of al the appointment concerning your office. This way you will never overlook outgoing appointments made by your employees, or incoming appointments from customers!

How can I reassign, decline or reschedule an appointment?

How to:

  1. Go to Navigation > Overview > Appointments
  2. Click on either an appointment or a customer to see more details
  3. Click on re-assign, decline, or reschedule the appointment.
  4. Confirm your action and you're done!
