Help decide when agents should be available for customer appointments

As an office manager you're managing a team of agents or advisors.
These agents are responsible for appointments made with your customers. By default, the availability of your agents matches the office they're assigned to.

When the availability of the agents differs from the office opening hours, you can set specific availability separately for every agent.

How to:

  1. Go to Navigation > Overview > Team 
  2. Select the desired advisor and click on 'Availability'
  3. Set their availability with a simple drag en drop action
