Getting started with appointment subjects

Your company will have set up entreprise-wide appointments subjects. These are topics around which your team and customers can schedule meetings, such as products and services you offer.
To make things easier to manage, subjects are grouped together in categories. Each appointment subject has it own specifications which you can customize to fit the individual needs of your office / branch / agency.

Assigning expertises & appointment subjects to users in your office team

How to:

  1. Go to Navigation > Overview > Services
  2. Hovering over an appointment subject presents you with the '+' symbol
  3. Click on it to assign the desired employee with that subject

Setting the expected duration of each appointment subject.

For every appointment subject a specific estimated duration can be set. It can be defined in hours or minutes.
How to:

  1. Go to Navigation > Overview > Services
  2. Next to the desired subject, Click on an 'Estimated time' number to edit
  3. Fill in your preferred time
  4. Save by clicking the white checkmark in the upper right corner

Decide if appointments should be automatically accepted when requested.

When a customer requests an appointment , it needs to be accepted by the responsible employee.
However, per subject you can choose to skip this action and have the customer create an appointment immediately without having to accept one of the possibilities he has chosen.
How to:

  1. Go to Navigation > Overview > Services
  2. Click on the 'Auto accept' switch for the desired services
  3. Save by clicking the white checkmark in the upper right corner

Can I make/edit subjects and categories myself?

The subjects and categories available are created by the administrator.
If you want to edit or add new subjects and categories, please contact your administrator.
